These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and RallyFit ("we", "us", "our", "RallyFit") governing your access to and use of the RallyFit mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

RallyFit is the all-in-one fitness consistency engine. We provide a comprehensive platform for tracking workouts, nutrition, cardio activities, daily check-ins, and AI-powered data analysis.

1.4 Definitions

• "Service" means the RallyFit application, website, and all related services, features, and content provided by RallyFit.
• "User" or "you" means any individual who accesses or uses the Service.
• "Account" means your registered user account with RallyFit.
• "Subscription" means a paid subscription plan that provides access to the Service.
• "Content" means any data, text, information, graphics, or other materials uploaded, posted, or transmitted through the Service.
• "User Content" means any Content that you create, upload, post, or transmit through the Service.

2.1 Agreement to Terms

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2.2 Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 16 years of age;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement;
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the Service.

2.3 Modifications to Terms

Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and may terminate your Account in accordance with Section 14.

3.1 Service Overview

RallyFit is a comprehensive fitness coaching platform that provides the following features and services:

• Workout Logging: Track exercises, sets, repetitions, weight, and Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE)
• Food Diary: Log meals with calorie and macronutrient tracking, including barcode scanning capabilities
• Cardio Log: Track cardio sessions with heart rate and calorie monitoring
• Daily Check-ins: Monitor weight, steps, sleep, and training status
• Progress Tracking: Visualise progress with charts and weekly summaries
• AI Coaching: Receive personalised weekly coaching messages powered by artificial intelligence
• Water Logging: Track daily water intake and hydration goals
• Supplements Tracking: Log supplement intake and schedules
• Community Features: Access to community workouts, meal plans, and leaderboards
• Workout Programmes: Create, follow, and share workout programmes

3.2 Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous access to the Service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance or updates;
• Technical failures or issues;
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an Account. You may create an Account using:

• Google Sign-In authentication

4.2 Account Information

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration;
• Maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete;
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials;
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

5.1 Subscription Model

RallyFit operates on a subscription-based model. Access to the full features of the Service requires an active paid Subscription.

5.3 Subscription Renewal

Unless you cancel your Subscription in accordance with Section 6, your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the applicable Subscription fee to your payment method on a recurring basis.

6.1 Your Right to Cancel

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your Subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason.

6.3 How to Cancel

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement to hello@rallyfitapp.com. You may use the model cancellation form provided below:
